Weather influence
Solar street lights are powered by solar cells. If the sunlight is not strong enough, then the batteries cannot be charged and the lighting time of solar street lights will become shorter.
Especially when the weather is cold and rainy, the lighting effect of solar street lights will become worse. So when in use, the stored electricity is always used. When the stored electricity runs out or becomes less and less, the light emitted by the solar street light will be very weak and will result in insufficient light.

Poor environmental conditions
