Difference in installation
- The split solar street light requires assembly, wiring, installation of battery bracket, lamp head, making battery pit, etc., which is relatively complicated, and the whole process takes about 1-1.5 hours.
- All-in-one solar street light is the battery, controller, light source, and solar panel all integrated into the light, which only needs 3 simple steps to install. They can be installed on new poles or old poles, even walls, helping to save a lot of installation time and cost.
Other difference
In areas with relatively low sunlight, All-in-one solar street lights if installed on the road, we also need to consider whether they will be blocked by the plants on both sides of the road, because the shading of green plants will limit the power conversion and easily affect the brightness of the solar street light.
The solar panel of split solar street light can adjust to the sunlight to absorb the maximum amount of heat, but if the solar panel does not receive enough sunlight, its operating time will be shortened.
Therefore, the type of solar street light should be selected according to the actual application scenario.
